Made In Heaven season 2 release is one of the much-anticipated returns on Amazon Prime Video coming in 2022. The fans are all ready to know the D-Day when they will watch Tara and Karan back on screen with newer and crazier Delhi weddings.
Made in Heaven 2 will see the entire lead cast – Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora and Shivani Raghuvanshi – return for another season of the popular web series, confirmed its creators Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti.
On Thursday, the cast and makers dropped the new poster of Made in Heaven 2. Sharing it on Instagram, Akhtar wrote, "The weddings, the drama and the chaos are about to get 2X (times) grander."
Made In Heaven has made fans curious enough with its two years-long wait and back-to-back delays. The pandemic really hit the series hard as the shooting for the second season, which was scheduled to release in April 2020, could not start before 2022. However, after 2 whole years, the shooting wrapped in April 2022 and the show will finally be coming back to Amazon Prime Video with new couples, weddings and beginnings.
All About Made In Heaven Season 2 Release
Made In Heaven season 1 featured Tara Khanna, an ambitious woman who wants to be known for her own work rather than being called as popular industrialist Adil Khanna's wife. She, along with Karan Mehra, her gay friend, start a wedding planning business titled Made In Heaven. The show follows their journey of organising lavish and grand upper-class Delhi weddings that are not just crazy and fun but also reveal the real face of the relationships among the rich. All this while, they have their inner dilemmas and struggles to deal with as well.
Season 2 is expected to begin where it ended in season 1. Tara confessed about the video to Adil and ran away from the mansion with some jewellery. Karan reunited with Nawab, his past love and cleared the misunderstanding between them. Made In Heaven office was destroyed by activists against Karan's homosexual status. In the new season. the show is expected to see new beginnings featuring an international or a destination wedding. Anusha Dandekar will join the cast as a bride who makes a smashing entry on a horse at her wedding. We can also see new romances this season.
Fans are much excited to know what will become of the company Karan's police record and Tara's 'now-spoiled image' in society. Since the female protagonist left her husband, played by Jim Sarbh, in the last episode and came to stay at the office, many fans have also been enquiring if Sarbh will be part of season 2. We can tell you that the entire cast of season 1, including Jim Sarbh, were seen at the launch event of season 2 so it is safe to assume that they all will be part of the new season. Reportedly, new actors will join the cast of the show including Anusha Dandekar and Mona Singh.
The new season is expected to release on August 10, 2023, as per the latest confirmation.
