Looop Lapeta Drops Trailer. Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin-starrer film Looop Lapeta has dropped its trailer online. The film the film is scheduled for a direct OTT release on February 4.
The makers of Looop Lapeta released its trailer on social media this morning. Yesterday, Taapsee Pannu took to Instagram to tell her fans that they will be able to vote for when they want the trailer to release, making this a first-of-its-kind trailer launch. In Pannu’s upcoming film Tahir Raj Bhasin will be her co-star. Earlier she also took to social media to release the poster and revealed that it will be available on Netflix on February 4.
The thriller drama is directed by Aaksha Bhatia and is reportedly an Hindi adaptation of the German film Run Lola Run, which came out in 1998. The story revolves around a woman who has 20 minutes to raise 100,000 Deutsche Mark to save her boyfriend. Similarly the trailer shows Pannu running to collect 50 Lakh rupees to save her boyfriend who was betting in a casino.
Dropping the trailer on Instagram the actor wrote, “50 lakh 50 min ⏲️ Can Savi save Satya in time? Looop Lapeta, a Sony Pictures Films India Feature and Ellipsis Entertainment Production , directed by @bhatiaaakash , coming on 4th Feb, only on Netflix.”
Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin also took to Instagram and wrote, “50 lakh aur 50 minute. Kya waqt se jeet paenge hum dono? Ya phasenge looop mein? Speaking about playing Savi in Looop Lapeta, Pannu shared on Instagram, “I ran behind some films and some have just thankfully fallen in my lap. This (Loop Lapeta) being the latter I couldn’t be more grateful to these guys and the luck line in my palm. From entering the narration with the idea to say No, to leaving it with an immediate Yes, thanks to these gentlemen for hanging by a solid script and concept for years and being more sure of me being Savi than I was.”
