Kusha Kapila Announces Separation From Husband Zorawar Ahluwalia

Social media influencer and actor Kusha Kapila announced her separation from her husband, Zorawar Ahluwalia. Kapila, who is best known for her role in Masaba Masaba 2, took to her Instagram handle to share the news of her divorce. Kapila revealed that Zorawar and she had decided to part ways because they wanted different things in life.

The former couple shared similar posts on their respective Instagram handles. They mentioned that they would continue to co-parent their dog, Maya, and support and cheer each other.

Kapila’s note read, "Zorawar and I have mutually decided to part ways. This hasn’t been an easy decision by any measure, but we know it’s the right one at this point in our lives. The love and life we have shared together continue to mean everything to us, but sadly, what we seek for ourselves currently doesn’t align. We gave it our all until we couldn’t anymore."

She shared about how it has been a "tough ordeal" for the both of them and their families and was grateful that they had some time to process it. She added that they still needed a lot of time to move on to the next phase of their lives. She said that they were currently focusing on getting over this period with "love, respect, and support."

Kapila and Ahluwalia tied the knot in 2017. The former couple were based out of Delhi and often made content together. Kapila also spoke often about her relationship with Ahluwalia.

From being a social media influencer, Kapila cracked her way into Bollywood. She starred in several notable projects, including Karan Johar’s segment in Ghost Stories, Plan A Plan B, and Selfie. She was also seen playing a pivotal role in Masaba Gupta and Nina Gupta’s Masaba Masaba 2 web series. She also hosted Comicstaan 3 alongside Abush Mathew. Kapila had recently moved to Mumbai from Gurgoan to pursue a full-time career as an actor.
