Kangana Ranaut In Tejas: The Bollywood actor recently wrapped shooting for her upcoming Dhaakad. She is now moved to another project titled Tejas in which she is playing an Indian Air Force pilot.

Ranaut took to Instagram on August 21 to share a picture of herself from the sets of her film Tejas and wrote, ” On to my next mission #Tejas Starting today …Josh is soaring high thanks to my fabulous team 🇮🇳 @sarveshmewara @rsvpmovies.”

The actor is wearing blue colour Indian Air Force uniform as she is seen posing with the film’s director Sarvesh Mewara. The film is produced under the RSVP films banner.

During her earlier interviews, Kangana Ranaut had talked about the film. She called it an “exhilarating story”.

“I am honoured to be a part of a film that celebrates these brave men and women in uniform who make immense sacrifices in the line of duty every day. Our film celebrates the armed forces and its heroes,” said.

The film look of Ranaut from the film was unveiled in March this year on her birthday. The actor has shared glimpses of her training sessions for the film. To play an IAF pilot, the actor has to build a certain physique. She had claimed earlier that she went through ‘army training’ to get the character appearance right.

The actor is not drastic physical transformations as she has already done so for her upcoming film Thalaivi. The film in which she essays the role of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Late J. Jayalalithaa. Ranaut had to gain over 20 kgs for the first part of the and later lost it all for the second half of the storyline, as per reports. In the pictures, posters and trailers released of the film, the difference in her physical appearance is apparent.

Apart from Dhaakad, Thalaivi and Tejas, the actor has two other films already announced for release in the near future. A sequel to the first Manikarnika film, she coming with the second film titled Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda. The second project under the Manikarnika will narrate the story of female ruler of Kashmir Rani Didda. She is also going to act in and director a film on former Prime Minister of India, Late Indira Gandhi. So far the title of the film has been reported as Emergency.
