Jwala Gutta Pre-wedding Festivities: Badminton ace Jwala Gutta and Tamil actor-producer Vishnu Vishal are tying the knot on Thursday (April 22).
Before the big celebration, pictures from the couple’s pre-wedding ceremonies have already been shared on the internet. The couple's photos are shared on many fan pages. Gutta and Vishal, who reportedly opted for a registered marriage, will have an intimate wedding in Hyderabad.
For their Haldi ceremony the bride can be seen dressed in a yellow lehenga while the groom is donning a traditional black outfit. The still from the mehendi ceremony was also shared online. Gutta wore a red saree for mehendi.
In another photo, she is seen donning a silver and blue lehenga.
Earlier this week, Gutta shared pictures from her bridal shower and wrote, "What would I do without my girls...Thank you Amrita Vir for hosting this amazing day. And wanna thank all my girls making it super special for me."
It was on April 13 this year, when Vishal and Gutta took to social media and shared an official announcement about their wedding. He wrote, "Life is a journey... embrace it... have faith and take the leap...Need all your love and support as always...." The text on their wedding card reads "With the blessing of our families, it gives us immense joy in sharing the news of our marriage, in a private affair in presence of near and dear - We are getting married. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon is over the years and seek blessings as we embark on this journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness."

Gutta, a professional badminton player and winner of the 2010 Commonwealth Games gold medal and Arjuna Award, got engaged to Vishal, a talented actor from the Tamil film industry, in September 2020 in a close-knit ceremony.
Vishal was earlier married to Rajini Natraj for eight years. They got divorced in November 2018. He also has a son Aryan from his first marriage. This is also Gutta’s second marriage. She was married to fellow badminton player Chetan Anand. The couple divorced in 2011.
