Juhi Parmar and her daughter made a fun video inside a car to share some advice for single parents. Sharing the video, Juhi wrote, "Remember single parenting maybe lesser hands but my hands multiply, my responsibility doubles! But I shall not leave any stone unturned just like any other single parent out there….So Accept and keep your judgements at bay."

On February 15, 2009, she wed actor and businessman Sachin Shroff in a palace in Jaipur. Samaira, the couple's daughter, was born on January 27, 2013. She stated in a 2020 interview, "We have been friendly, and Sachin and I are close friends. We no longer hold resentments or harbour hostility since we have moved on. Our daughter doesn't sense any emptiness because we are all in a joyful environment. Samairra and her father are free to communicate with one another anytime they choose, and vice versa. I think that a couple files for divorce, not the parents."

The actor has also stated that dealing with the guilt of not being able to spend as much time with your child as you would like to is the hardest part of being a single parent.

Parmar earlier revealed to a news portal how she informed her daughter of her divorce. She stated, "One day, I had to sit down with her and explain things in terms that a five-year-old could comprehend. I simply kept it simple and straightforward by telling a brief fable to illustrate my point. I explained to her that although her mother and father are no longer married and no longer reside in the same home, they will always be her mumma and papa."
