Janhvi Kapoor Buys New Property Worth Rs 38 Crore In Juhu: Report

Janhvi Kapoor has reportedly purchased new house spread across three floors in Mumbai and it is valued at Rs 38 Crore. The actor has so far essayed lead roles in three films.

According to a report, Janhvi Kapoor's new property deal was finalised on December 7, 2020. The triplex is located in JVPD scheme which has many Bollywood celebrity houses. The report said that the carpet area of the property was accessed at 3,456 square feet. An initial amount of Rs 78 lakhs has already been paid by the actor.

Kapoor was recently spotted in Goa with Karthik Arya and it is speculated that the duo has been vacationing there together. A viral photo showed Janvhi Kapoor and Karthik Aryan donning white colour outfits. While Janhvi wore a white cropped shirt, Karthik was seen wearing a white t-shirt.

Janhvi Kapoor's upcoming film Dostana 2 was supposed to go on floors last year but it was delayed due to bad air quality in Delhi. Kapoor is also going to star in Karan Johar's much anticipated historical drama Takht which will also star Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Vicky Kaushal.
