Ira Khan Instagram Post after Aamir Khan Divorce

Ira Khan is using her Instagram to build her social profile and has been posting a lot of new stuff on her timeline now and then. Few weeks ago it was about how to live it up by oneself and now she's out on vacation but not without making her posts viral. The mental health campaigner says, we all sometimes 'need a break.'

She recently shared photos from her small vacation, where she is seen spending some quality ‘me-time’. Ira Khan shared a picture of herself in a yellow bikini top standing in the pool. The next picture she shared featured herself resting in a bathtub, and the view from the deck is marvellous. Ira is taking some time out for herself and holidaying in Lonavala.

“I have a lot to do. In terms of social media commitments and non-time-bound-but-the-sooner-the-better commitments. But sometimes you need a break. For yourself. And first you need to fulfill your commitments to yourself. And now I'm back to work. Thanks for waiting (sic),” she wrote.

She isn't the first star kid to be using Instagram to stay connected with fans. Recently Suhana Khan talked about issues like Colourism and pushed her fans to think about why we discriminated against one another based on colour. Her mom, Gauri Khan came out in praise of her for doing that. Read more on that story here.

Aamir Khan's daughter from wife Reena, Ira Khan has been talking about mental health. She had a few months ago mentioned that she too was suffering from clinical depression. Khan since then has wanted to create a conversation around the issue and has candidly talked about what's been working for her. Ira Khan shared a video on Instagram where she said it's time to "start a conversation" around mental well being. "I am depressed. I have been for more than four years now. I have been to a doctor and I am clinically depressed. I am doing much better now.
