Hungama 2 Trailer Out: Shilpa Shetty and Paresh Rawal starrer comedy releasing on July 23

Hungama 2 Trailer Out: The upcoming comedy film Hungama 2 trailer was unveiled on Thursday. Starring Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Meezaan Jaffrey and Pranitha Subhash in the lead roles, the film is all set to release on the OTT platform. Directed by Priyadarshan, the movie is the sequel of 2003's comedy Hungama that was a laugh riot.

Hungama 2 is the comeback film for actor Shilpa Shetty. On June 30, she had dropped a new poster of the film and revealed the trailer of the film will release on July 1 (Thursday).

From the three-minute-long trailer, it can be predicted that the film's plot revolves around Jaffrey. Paresh Rawal reprises his role as Radheshyam Tiwari from the first film, which starred Akshaye Khanna, Aftab Shivdasani and Rimi Sen. Rumour also has it that Akshaye Khanna will also make a cameo appearance in the upcoming film.

The trailer also gives the viewers glimpse of quirky dialogues and one-liners, but will it be as funny as the first film, that will be decided later when it is launched this month. Also, to mark Shetty's comeback, the makers have reprised her 90's famous song Chura Ke Dil Mera Goriya Chali. The Main Khiladi Tu Anari actor will be seen showing off her dancing skills in the new version as well.

The trailer was launched by Akshay Kumar. He shared the trailer on his social media handles and wrote, "Hungama 2 Trailer Happy to launch the trailer of my dear friends, Priyadarshan Sir, #PareshRawal and Ratan Jain's next #Hungama2, a crazy laugh riot. Good luck to the team! (sic)."

Priyadarshan had last year told PTI that actors including Ayushmann Khurrana, Kartik Aaryan and Siddharth Malhotra turned the film down.

Hungama 2 also features Rajpal Yadav, Ashutosh Rana, Tiku Talsania, and others. The film will be released on July 23.
