Taapsee Pannu And Kanika Dhillon Together Again: As we wait for Taapsee Pannu's Haseen Dillruba it is worth noting that the film will be yet another collaboration with Kanika Dhillon. As Tapasee Pannu is popular for her choice of different roles so is Kanika Dhillon for writing such unusual character.

The two have earlier been part of the project Manmarziyaan. To which the actor responded saying, "Arrrreeeee ! Sardarni and sardarni private limited !!! Abhi badi saari glass ceilings bhann dena hai aapa!"

Pannu had been praised and criticised for playing Rumi. In an earlier interview with SheThePeople Dillion had said about Pannu playing Rumi, " Taapsee’s raw unpredictable and untamed spirit fired Rumi further." Adding, “we have been living in a patriarchy of eons. Forget stories, characters or films, or portraying women on screen, we are still struggling to give them a safe working environment at home or at work. Be it sexual harassment or domestic abuse. Haseen Dillruba, directed by Vinil Mathew and written by Kanika Dhillon, is slated for a Netflix release on July 2. The film is a murder mystery, co-starring Vikrant Massey along with Pannu. “Ek shama. Do parwaane. On Monday morning, she took to her IG Stories to announce the arrival of the “ultimate kaunspiracy”, dropping a few hints about her character Rani Kashyap. She has shared a glimpse of her intriguing self along with Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane in the background in an Instagram post.
