Haseen Dillruba Teaser Out: The teaser of Haseen Dillruba starring Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane was released by Netflix Indian on Monday. The film also has Aditya Srivastava as part of the cast.

The clip giving glimpses of the film showed the three actors entangled in a love triangle. As per Netflix’s description, the characters deal with love, lust, obsession in the film.

The much-awaited film released its poster on June 7 in the morning. The film has been directed by Vinil Mathew who has also directed the popular Bollywood film, Hasee Toh Phasee. The film which featured Parineeri Chopra and Siddharth Malhotra in lead roles narrated the story of a hyperactive woman reconnecting with her family members after running away from them.

As per the reported details, the film Haseen Dillruba is a story of a woman who gets involved in series of unfortunate events including the murder of her husband. Taapsee Pannu has played the role of the woman and Vikrant Massey is her husband.

The film has been written by Kanika Dhillon who had also worked in the film Judgemental Hai Kya and wrote the film Manmarziyaan, which also starred Taapsee Pannu in the lead role. The film has been backed by Anand L Rai under his banner Colour Yellow Production along with Eros International and Himanshu Sharma.

“I have always been interested in stories that explore the various dynamics of human relationships. Haseen Dillruba is one such edgy story, written beautifully by Kanika Dhillon,” Vinil Mathew said in one of his interviews.

He added, “It was a pleasure to collaborate with a stellar cast, Colour yellow productions and T- series. I’m really looking forward to sharing it with the world on Netflix.”

The film was earlier going to hit the silver screen in September last year but the release got pushed due to the pandemic. It will now be released on Netflix on July 2 this year.
