"I come from Uttarakhand and am a disciple of Acharya Mahamandaleshwar," she reveals during the video.
The former actor and anchor has been following the path of spirituality for over two years, taking the vows of a Sadhvi. Harsha explains, "When you achieve so much in life acting, anchoring, traveling the world, you realize that none of it brings true peace. You may have fame and recognition, but no solace."
