Gaslight Teaser: Sara Ali Khan, Chitrangda Singh To Star In Murder Thriller

The film, Gaslight, starring Vikrant Massey, Chitrangda Singh, and Sara Ali Khan, will debut on Disney+ Hotstar on March 31. The murder thriller's intriguing teaser trailer was recently released.

While the new trailer for Gaslight on Disney+ Hotstar doesn't reveal anything about the story, it does feature the main cast, which includes Sara Ali Khan, Vikrant Massey, and Chitrangda Singh, meeting in an elevator. They become aware that they are all working on the same project—a murder mystery—as they get onto separate floors of the elevator. Later, the lights go out, trapping everyone inside.

On Instagram, Sara posted the newest Gaslight teaser and stated, "Imagine if you’re stuck in an elevator? Suddenly lights out no generator."

Gaslight Teaser:

The Gaslight teaser trailer features the actors as themselves making small talk in the elevator before things take a dark turn. It starts off with Vikrant Massey entering an elevator before Sara Ali Khan rushed inside. The two make small talk and make incorrect assumptions about which type of character the actor will portray.

Massey assumes Khan will play be a "glam doll" and Khan assumes Massey will portray a "small-town rooted hero". Both reveal that their new role will be a different take as they're set to star in a murder mystery thriller film.

Chitrangda Singh joins them at last, and they all realise they are headed to the same meeting. But the lights go out, and the elevator stops. The teaser ends with an old oil lamp appearing in the middle of the elevator.

The last time viewers saw Vikrant was in Radhika Apte's Forensic, a psychological thriller on Zee5. While Chitrangda co-starred with Abhishek Bachchan in the Zee5 prequel Bob Biswas, which aired in 2021. Sara was last seen in Aanand L. Rai's Atrangi Re, in which she co-starred with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush in a movie that was also available on Disney+ Hotstar.

The previous movie directed by Pawan featured Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez in the horror-comedy Bhoot Police. Gaslight also includes Rahul Dev and Akshay Oberoi.
