The Fame Game is a Netflix original Hindi-language family thriller series produced by Sri Rao and directed by Bejoy Nambiar and Karishma Kohli. Under the company, Dharmatic Entertainment, Karan Johar and Somen Mishra produced the film.

Anamika Anand (Madhuri Dixit) is a Bollywood actor with a glittering career but an uninteresting personal life. Nikhil More(Sanjay Kapoor), her husband, abuses her physically and verbally. Manish Khanna(Manav Kaul), a frequent co-star and former lover, is the only person who could console her.

While her daughter Amara strives to be a famous actor like her mother, her son Avi is dealing with his own challenges, including his sexuality. Anamika's (Suhasini Mulay) mother, on the other hand, constantly criticises her and the rest of the family and uses deceptive tactics to attain her objectives. Anamika's sudden disappearance brings her personal life into the spotlight, prompting a search for her and the person responsible for her absence, which leads to the revelation of many dark secrets.

Most viewers said they could figure out who was behind Anamika's disappearance by the fifth or sixth episode. The episode, however, flipped that premise on its head by having the accomplice turn on the genius in the show's last seconds, leaving the audience confused.

Here are other OTT shows with confusing endings:

The elements of the web series Aranyak include a cop on the run, a lost child, and a forest full of dark mysteries. Vinay Waikul, who co-directed Nimrat Kaur's The Test Case with Nagesh Kukunoor, directed this small-town thriller, which boasted an excellent cast. It's actor Raveena Tandon's first step into the OTT world, as this was the first OTT series she's ever worked on that released on Netflix.

Aranyak also made headlines as Tandon made a comeback, but her on-off accent in the film was criticised, while the rest of the cast was acclaimed. Aranyak concludes with a scene where reflection of the actual Nartendua in the water, indicating its existence. The audience was confused by the ending, but according to multiple reports, the story will most likely be investigated more in the second season.
