Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives: Spotlight on Neelam Kothari

Remember Neelam of 'The Neelam Show' from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai? Many would surely remember her from that. The former Bollywood actress Neelam Kothari shows her behind the scenes life through the new series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives which is all set to release on Netflix originals on November 27 2020. She would be seen alongside the famous divas- Seema Khan, Maheep Kapoor, and Bhavana Pandey.

Neelam Kothari And Her Life

Neelam was born in Hong Kong and is basically a Gujarati-Iranian. She is married to Bollywood actor Samir Soni. They both dated for about two years before getting hitched in the year 2011. Their wedding was an intimate affair. They got married in an Arya Samaj wedding with just family and friends around to bless and congratulate them. Her friend Seema Khan helped her with the lehenga. Neelam's marriage with Samir Soni is her second marriage. She previously tied the knot with Rishi Sethia, a UK based businessmen in Bangkok but their marriage didn't work and they broke up. Soni and Kothari adopted a daughter named Ahana in 2013.

Neelam made her Bollywood debut in the year 1984 with the film Jawaani which didn't work well but the film managed to get her recognition in the film circuit. She later went on to star in various hit films alongside Govinda and Chunky Pandey. Kothari later turned up her profession and shifted to jewellery designing. She started her label under the name - Neelam Jewels and is recognised as one of the finest jewellery designers in India.
