The makers of the much-anticipated film F3 dropped the trailer. The Telugu flick starring Tamannah, Venkatesh Daggubati, Mehreen Pirzada and Varun Tej Konidela is sequel to the hit movie F2: Fun and Frustration.
The film is centred around individuals who are eager to earn wealth but their want to become rich lands them in imbroglios that tickle audiences’ funny bones.
F3 Trailer
The ">trailer begins with actor Murali Sharma stating that after the five elements of Nature, money has become the sixth element that drives people.
The two-minute-long trailer offers entertainment as the story introduces each character briefly. Venkatesh’s night blindness, and Varun Tej’s stammer are used as props to incite laughter for the audience. Meanwhile, Tamannah and Mehreen appear as sisters; Tamannah works at a jewellery store. The duo come from a middle-class family who like Varun and Venkatesh’s character aspire to be rich.
The film does have its fair share of sexist dialogues like one scene where Mehreen asks Varun’s character to buy all the jewellery she tries on and is extremely excited. He asks, “Why is she behaving like Chandramukhi (a reference to the Telugu film Chandramukhi starring Venkatesh)?” Another character promptly replies, “Women go crazy seeing Gold.”

Meanwhile, Vennela Kishore features in a parody scene pronouncing himself as a pan-India junior artiste. The film starring Sunil, Rajendra Prasad and Sonal Chauhan will be hitting the screens on May 27.
Dubbed a comedy-drama, the film has created much anticipation among the audience since it was first announced because of the success of the prequel. The prequel, F2 focussed on marital issues and how to deal with them, meanwhile, the sequel F3 deals with a middle-class man’s aspiration to accumulate wealth, the monetary problems and how a person will go to any extent to achieve his dreams.
Director Anil Ravipudi’s film also stars comedian and actor Sunil, the latest addition to the sequel, who will be playing a pivotal role in F3. Bankrolled by Dil Raju, the film roped in Sai Sriram is the cinematographer while Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music for the film.
