EXO has released their special album along with a music video titled DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING. Both the special album and the released music video are titled the same. The special album is EXO’s first group release in approximately one year and six months since their last studio album, Obsession, which was released in November 2019.

The special album has four more songs besides the title track. The other songs in the album are Paradise, Hook! (No Matter), Runaway, and Just as Usual. The newly released music video gained about 477,000 views and over 100,000 likes in the first four minutes. The song is written by South Korean artist KENZIE. KENZIE has also recently helped Red Velvet’s Joy make her “remake” solo album. Read more on that here.

Out of nine EXO members, this comeback has seen only seven member’s members’ participation. Since members Chen and Suho were still completing their mandatory military service during the shooting and production of the music video and album, they could not be seen in the comeback.

Currently, four members of EXO are serving their years in mandatory military service. Besides Chen and Suho, Chanyeol and Baekhyun are also enlisted in the military at the moment.

The previously released ">teaser for DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING has also exceeded 3.1 million views with more than 700,000 likes and 145,000 comments. The teaser is also the most liked and most commented teaser ever released from SM Entertainment agency.

With the comments surpassing 100,000, EXO now joins BTS, BLACKPINK, and TWICE as the only K-pop group to reach this milestone.
