The Emergency teaser showed the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s secretary getting a call from former United States Secretary of State Henry Kissinger asking if American President Richard Nixon could refer to her as ‘Ma’am’ rather than ‘Sir’.

Gandhi’s secretary approaches Ranaut as Gandhi and asks her the same question. She initially says yes, but later turns around and asks her secretary to inform the President that everyone in her office addresses her as ‘Sir’.
