Khurrana plays the role of doctor Uday Gupta, who wanted to specialise in orthopaedic, but is stuck in an all-female class of gynaecology. The film follows his ordeal of will he/won’t he change his department, or will the department change his attitude? While he continues to believe that patients are more comfortable with female gynaecologists, his professor and a senior medical practitioner Dr Nandini, played by Shah , explains that the comfort will arise only when he is ready to change his mindset.

Singh will star opposite Khurrana as Dr Fatima, a medical student. Chadha will be playing the role of Khurrana’s mother in the film.

Delhi Crime star Shefali Shah had earlier praised the film’s script, written by Vishal Wagh, Saurabh Bharat, Sumit Saxena, and Kashyap.
