MX player is well-known for series such as Aashram, Bhaukaal, Raktanchal,and Chakravyuh, among others. Dharavi Bank crime series will soon grace the platform. The director Samit Kakkad teamed up with MX Player for releasing the crime thriller. He previously directed the series Indori Ishq for the platform, which starred Ritvik Sahore and Vedika Bhandari.

The release date of the series hasn't been disclosed by the series' creators. Although, it predicted to release by the end of this year. The teaser was unveiled on November 4, 2022, the official announcement has not yet announced. Teaser is set in the lanes of Dharavi and it explicitly refers to illegal world of Dharavi. The dialogue-Dharavi is not just a place of underworld nexus, but it is a huge industry itself creates humongous picture of what series could be. However, 1 minute teaser introduced Suniel Shetty and Vivek Oberoi. Shetty will be seen in South Indian look, whereas Oberoi's role is yet not clear. On Monday, July 4, 2022, makers revealed the cast of Dharavi Bank. Sonali Kulkarni, Vivek Oberoi, and Suniel Shetty have signed on to portray the show's key roles.
Oberoi made an appearance in the third season of the popular sports drama series Inside Edge on Amazon Prime, while Shetty was most recently featured in Varun Tej's Telugu sports drama film Ghani. Shetty played the antagonist, but prevailed to be series' major protagonist.
Sonali Kulkarni is well-known for her prominent roles in movies like Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Doghi, Deool, Gulabjaam, Dil Chahta Hai, Taxi No 9211, and Bharat, among others.
About The Series
The largest slum in Mumbai, Dharavi, has seen considerable filming for the Samit Kakkad-directed movie. The series, according to MX Player's Chief Content Officer Gautam Talwar, is an original revenge crime drama.
