The film’s director is Amit Sharma who previously directed Badhai Ho and is currently working on the Ajay Devgn-starrer Maidaan, a sports biopic. Chhapaak actor Padukone has locked the director for the Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood classic, The Intern. The film has been earlier postponed due to unavoidable reasons.
