Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah Starrer Darlings' New Posters Out; Trailer To Release On July 25

After the release of Gangubai Kathiawadi, Bollywood star Alia Bhatt has a few movies scheduled. The actor will appear in Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor and in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Ranveer Singh. The actor will be seen in Darlings alongside Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma in addition to these films. With Darlings, Bhatt has also turned producer. Today, the actor shared a few new posters for the film. She also revealed the release date for the trailer for the upcoming OTT series.

Today, Bhatt shared new posters of Darlings featuring Shafali Shah and Vijay Varma. Along with it, the actor wrote, “Abhi ke liye ye photos dekho. Monday ko battings dikhaungi. #DarlingsOnNetflix (sic).”

In the first poster, Bhatt and Shah were shown looking at one another with puzzled expressions, while Bhatt was shown standing by Vijay Varma in the second. Verma was portrayed as a victim in the last two posters, and it was clear that he was in deep trouble. Check out the posters here.

On July 5, the actor gave the audience a brief teaser in which she provided a brief outline of the movie. The teaser has clips from the film and narration by Alia Bhatt, who may be using the fable of a frog and a scorpion as a metaphor to describe the plot of the film.

The film's mother-daughter duo is played by Bhatt and Shah, who plays Badru Qureshi and her mother, Rukhsar Qureshi, respectively. In their role as a mother-daughter duo involved in what appears to be a murder investigation, which will be the centre of the plot.
