Based on Julia Quinn's book series of the same name, Bridgerton came on Netflix in 2020 and became everyone's favourite. The series followed the romantic adventures of Bridgerton siblings during the Regency Era. The first season became popular for its steamy romance and sexual chemistry between its lead characters Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor) and Duke of Hastings( Rege-Jean Page). The series' second season was released recently that was received well by audience.

Inventing Anna

Inventing Anna released on Netflix in February 2022 and was based on the real life of the con artist Anna Delvey Sorokin. The show followed the perspective of Jessica Pressler, the New York Magazine editor who investigated her case closely and wrote an article explaining the events that took place as Anna pretended to be a German heiress and conned major US banks, hotels and institutes of $275,000. The show got a positive response from the audience worldwide.

How To Get Away With A Murder

One of the most popular American crime thrillers, this show by Shonda Rhimes released in 2014 and featured a law professor at Philadelphia University, Annalise Keating, played by Viola Davis and her five students who get involved in a murder case. The show was critically acclaimed and bagged many awards, the show's main lead Davis also received many prominent awards for her performance in the show including Emmy, Golden Globe, Screen Actor's Guild and Critic's Choice awards.

Scandal

Shonda Rhimes' Scandal is a political thriller that featured Kerry Washington in lead role. The story's main character is inspired from the life of Judy Smith, the administration press aide during US President Bush's tenure. Kerry plays Olivia Pope who runs a crisis management company named Olivia Pope & Associates. Pope and her staff members deal with various political drama that takes place in and around the White House.

The Catch

Released in 2016, The Catch is a comedy drama that is about the life of Alice Vaughan, the owner of a private investigation firm in Los Angeles. She is engaged to Benjamin Jones without realising that he is a renowned con artist. When he deceives her, she decides to track him down meanwhile handling other investigation cases side by side.

This 2007 show was a spin-off of Shonda's popular show Grey's Anatomy that focused on the life of Dr. Addison Montgomery after leaving Seattle Grace Hospital for private practice in Los Angeles. The medical drama featured the life in the hospital Addison worked in, her and co-workers's daily encounters with the patients and had six seasons that are available to stream on Netflix and Hulu.
