Bridgerton Season 2 Twitter reactions reveal that fans have loved the chemistry between Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley. The fans were eagerly waiting for the show to return with its new season as Bridgerton season 2 finally came out on March 25, 2022.
Bridgerton is a period romance-drama set in the Regency era of England and is based on American author Julia Quinn's book series by the same name. The plot follows the story of eight siblings and their quest of finding love and companionship.
The show had been renewed for the second season back in April 2021. Season one followed the story of the eldest of the eight siblings Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor) and her budding romance with Duke of Hastings (Rege-Jean Page). In the second season, the focus of the story shifted to Anthony (Jonathan Bailey) and his love story with Kate Sharma (Simone Ashley).
Actors Nicola Coughlan, Luke Newton, Claudia Jessie, Luke Thompson, Ruth Gemmell, Polly Walker among others reprised their roles in the second season of Bridgerton. Kate Sharma, Charithra Chandran, Shelley Conn and Calam Lynch were among the new additions to the cast of Bridgerton Season 2. The announcement for Season 2 was made by the makers earlier on January 2, 2022.

It has just been a day to its release and fans have already completed bingeing the second season of Bridgerton. Looking at the Bridgerton Season 2 Twitter reactions, it seems that fans have loved the new season for its engaging plot and interesting characters.
Most fans shared funny GIFs to express how they stayed up till late to catch on the new season as soon as possible. While most loved the chemistry between Bailey's Anthony and Ashley's Kate, others felt that she had been unjustly wronged in the series. "She's so much more and she's from nobility I remember, her father might have come from the lower rank but surely she deserved better," wrote a Twitter user.
