Apart from that, the new season will also include cover versions of songs such as Nirvana's "Stay Away," Madonna's "Material Girl," Rihanna's "Diamonds," Robyn's "Dancing on My Own," Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know," Harry Styles' "Sign of the Times," Calvin Harris' "How Deep is Your Love," and Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball."

All about Bridgerton

Bridgerton is a period drama that premiered on Netflix in 2020. The period drama was extended for a second season in April 2021, due to the massive popularity its introductory season enjoyed. Bridgerton Season 2 is intended to follow the second novel in author Julia Quinn's series by the same name- The Viscount Who Loved Me. The series focuses on the romantic lives of eight children in the Bridgerton household. This means the second season of the show will explore the prospects of Lord Anthony Bridgerton, the eldest of the siblings.

The reason why the show will have an Indian film's track this season is because the lead opposite Anthony is going to be an Indian royalty- Kate Sharma. While Jonathan Bailey portrays Anthony, Simone Ashley has been cast in the part of Kate Sharma. Kate's older sister, Edwina, will be played by Charithra Chandran. Edmund Bridgerton, the patriarch of the Bridgerton family, will be played by actor Rupert Young in season 2.

Season 2 of Bridgerton will be available for streaming on March 25.
