While Banana Bread became our favorite lockdown recipe, Maldives became the favorite holiday destination for several Bollywood celebrities. We might now wonder why they planned their trip during the pandemic months.
As the restrictions on travel were lifted, an air bubble arrangement was made between India and Maldives. Passengers who travel between these countries have to compulsorily follow the government guidelines. Moreover, it is mandatory to have a COVID-19 test done from a laboratory under ICMR before one enters Maldives. Since the holiday destination follows the system of "one-island-one-resort", travellers don't run the risk of being affected by the novel coronavirus.

1. Katrina Kaif
Katrina Kaif visited Maldives for a shoot in November and shared that she was excited to be there. "So amzinggg to be in Maldives 🇲🇻 for shoot 💙💛🤍", she captioned her picture on Instagram.
2. Disha Patani
Disha Patani looks stunning in the picture she shared from her holiday at Maldives. There's a possibility that she visited the country with her rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff as he too was there around the same time.
3. Tara Sutaria
The Marjaavaan actress headed to Maldives for her 25th birthday. She shared a picture in red bikini, slaying the look as usual.
4. Sonakshi Sinha

As the COVID-19 situation in the neighbouring country eased, our favourite B- town celebrities flew to Maldives, the perfect holiday destination.
