Gael Garca Bernal, Vicky Krieps, Rufus Sewell, Alex Wolff, Thomasin McKenzie, Abbey Lee, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ken Leung, Eliza Scanlen, Aaron Pierre, Embeth Davidtz, and Emun Elliott are among the ensemble cast members in the film. The plot of the film shows an isolated beach, where a group of people find themselves fast ageing.

Evan Spiliotopoulos wrote, produced, and filmed The Unholy, a supernatural horror film set in 2021 and based on James Herbert's 1983 novel Shrine. Cary Elwes, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Katie Aselton, William Sadler, Diogo Morgado, Cricket Brown, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan feature in the film. The story concerns a failed writer (Morgan) who discovers a sequence of seemingly divine miracles in a small New England village and exploits them to resuscitate his career. However, the "miracles" may have a much darker cause.

Wrong Turn: The Foundation (2021)

Alan B. McElroy's Wrong Turn is an American horror film series. The series consists of seven films, six of which follow the same plot, and one of which is a reboot. The first six films follow many families of malformed cannibals who hunt and kill people in West Virginia using a combination of traps and weapons. The reboot, entitled "Wrong Turn: The Foundation" internationally, follows six friends hiking the Appalachian Trail who mistakenly encroach on the community's territory and are pursued by the Foundation.

Antlers (2021)

Keri Russell, Jesse Plemons, Jeremy T. Thomas, Graham Greene, Scott Haze, Rory Cochrane, and Amy Madigan feature in Scott Cooper's supernatural horror film Antlers. The story follows a schoolteacher who assumes one of her students is dealing with personal issues at home, not realising that the kid is hiding something hazardous in his home.

Malignant (2021)

James Wan directed Malignant, a horror film set in the United States. Annabelle Wallis plays a woman who begins to see visions of people being murdered, only to discover that the events are actually occurring. Michole, Maddie Hasson, George Young Jacqueline McKenzie and Briana White also star in the film.

Spiral (2021)

Spiral is a horror film made by Darren Lynn Bousman and released in 2021. The film is the ninth instalment in the Saw franchise. Chris Rock, Max Minghella, Marisol Nichols, and Samuel L. Jackson feature in the thriller, which depicts police efforts to stop a Jigsaw-style killer.

The Night House (2020)

The Night House is a psychological horror film directed by David Bruckner and released in 2021. Rebecca Hall plays a widow who finds a horrible secret about the mansion her architect husband designed before he died. Sarah Goldberg, Evan Jonigkeit, Stacy Martin, and Vondie Curtis-Hall also appear in the film.

The Empty Man (2020)

David Prior wrote and directed The Empty Man, a supernatural horror film set in the United States. James Badge Dale, Marin Ireland, Stephen Root, Ron Canada, Robert Aramayo, Joel Courtney, and Sasha Frolova are among the cast members. It features an ex-cop who discovers a secret sect while investigating a missing girl.
