Singer Arjun Kanungo and model Carla Dennis are all set to get married on August 10. The wedding festivities began with the couple’s mehendi ceremony that was organised on August 9 and attended by couple’s close family and friends.

In the pictures, Arjun Kanungo can be seen wearing an off-white sherwani with matching casual shoes. Carla Dennis, on the other hand, wore a pink, stone-work lehenga, jewellery with green gem-stones and flower ornaments as her gajra, kangan and maang teeka.
The South African model met the singer on the sets of his song Baaki Baaki Baatien Peene Baad that released in 2015 and developed a liking towards each other. Soon after that they started dating and in November 2020, Arjun Kanungo proposed Carla Dennis. The couple’s wedding plans got delayed due to the pandemic. Both Carla Dennis and Arjun Kanungo had expressed that despite their cultural differences, both of their families adore each other’s traditions. Dennis’ parents are full of excitement to be a part of the wedding that will be according to Indian traditions. For Dennis’ side of family, the couple will reportedly be having a white wedding as well but an year later sometime in April 2023.
The wedding will be an intimate ceremony with only close relatives and friends. The industry friends of the couple like Maheep Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Salman Khan and Shraddha Kapoor will be the part of a after-wedding party or reception party that will be held at Neuma Celebrations in South Mumbai on the night of August 11. The party will have many A-listers and the theme would be ‘evening chic’.
For the wedding, Arjun Kanungo will reportedly be wearing Anita Dogre’s outfit while Carla Dennis would be a beautiful Sabyasachi bride. Soon after the reception party, the couple will fly to Japan for their honeymoon.
