Anna Ben Starrer Sara's To Get Digital Release On July 5

Actor Anna Ben will be seen playing the lead role in upcoming movie named Sara's on July 5. The release was announced by Sunny Wayne,who will also be seen in the film, as she shared the film's song on social media.

Mele Vinpadavukal, the song shows a group of friends going on car ride in between mountains. The song has been sung by Sooraj Santhosh and composed by Shaan Rahman. The film's producer is Jude Anthany Joseph who made his name with Ohm Shaanthi Oshaana.

The film's cast includes Anna Ben, Sunny Wayne, Mallika Sukumaran, Dhanya Varma, Aju Varghese, Benny P Nayarambalam, Siddique, Vijaykumar and Prasanth Nair.

Who Is Anna Ben?

Anna Ben is an award-winning Malayali industry actor who had starred in films such as Helen, Kappela and Kumbalangi Nights. After her recent debut in 2019, she was able to get recognition in the industry and was given four awards. The list includes Asianet Film Awards, Kerala State Film Awards and CPC Cine Awards.

The actor has done roles in music videos before starting her film career. Her father is the screenwriter, Benny P Nayarambalam.

Another Malayali film titled Kunjeldho will be released on August 27 in theatres. Kerala will have Onam holiday during that time in August. The announcement of the same was made by actor-filmmaker Vineeth Sreenivasan. Kunjeldho will be the first film directed by RJ Mathukkutty. Gopika Udayan, Asif Ali, Siddique, Sudheesh, Rajesh Sharma and Arjun Gopal will be starred in the film.

The Malayalam film industry has other releases lined up for August such as Mohanlal's Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham which also hit theatres around Onam holidays. Filmmakers are hoping for the state government to reopen the theatres.
