Allu Arha, leading Telugu star's daughter, is all set to make her film debut with Shakuntalam. Aged four, she is the fourth generation actor from one of Tollywood's most prominent film families.

Shakuntalamis a Telugu mythological drama film adapted from Kalidasa's Sanskrit play. Samantha Akkineni is in the lead as the titular character of Shakuntala while Allu Arha will play her son.
Arjun said he was "happy to watch Arha debut" with Akkineni, with whom he has shared a career through many films.
Aditi Balan and Mohan Babu have been roped in as supporting characters. The film was announced last year and began production in February this year.

One of Allu Arjun and Sneha Reddy's two children, Allu Arha is already a social media celebrity with the actor's fans showering love on the photos her parents share of her. She is the great-granddaughter of Allu Ramalingaiah, late comedian and patriarch of the Allu film family.
Shakuntalam is being produced by the director's daughter Neelima Guna and Dil Raju. Guna on little Allu Arha's role in the project wrote on social media, "Thank you @alluarjun Garu for giving us this privilege, I’m so proud to introduce ALLU ARHA as Prince Bharata."
It was reported earlier that the film's makers were deliberating casting either Allu Ayaan, Arjun's son, or actor Tarak's son Abhay Ram in the role of Prince Bharata. But the role ultimately went to Arjun's daughter.
