Alia Bhatt Clarifies That She Is Not Upset With RRR Makers

Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram to post her statement in which she stated that she is not upset with the RRR makers and that she loved every single thing about her experience with the recently released film. The actor played the role of Sita and shared the screen with actors NTR Jr, Ram Charan and many others.

Bhatt called it "random" that some people started raising doubts about a fallout between her and the makers of the film just because she removed a video of the film from her Instagram grid. She wrote, " I sincerely request everyone not to make assumptions based on something as random as an Instagram grid."

The Gangubai Kathiawadi actor added, "I am eternally grateful that I got to be a part of the world of RRR. I loved playing Sita. I loved being directed by Rajamouli sir, I loved working with Tarak and Charan I loved every single thing about my experience on this film."

Earlier this week, some media reports suggested that the actor is unhappy with the makers for giving her less screen time. It was pointed out that the actor removed the post on RRR from her timeline and allegedly unfollowed Rajamouli. Bhatt clarified that none of that was true. One source close to the actor was earlier quoted by India Today. They said, "Alia has the utmost respect for SS Rajamouli and she became very close to the crew and cast of the film during its making. There is no truth to the fact that she is unhappy with her screen time. Alia doesn’t interfere with any of her directors and once the shoot is over she trusts the makers to take a call on the edit table.

"In fact, she has been receiving a lot of calls and appreciation for her scene with Jr NTR, which is very important in the story of the film. Also, Rajamouli has been cheering for Brahmastra and has spoken very fondly of Alia in all his promotional chats. So there is no truth to the reports of Alia being upset," they added.

Bhatt added in her statement that the sole reason she is "bothering" to clarify this is because the maker of the film SS Rajamouli and his team "have put in years of effort and energy to bring the beautiful film to life". The actor said that she refuses to let any misinformation around the film slide.
