Taapsee Pannu is seen working very hard and getting herself ready to play the role of a sprinter for her upcoming film, Rashmi Rocket. In the video, the Badla star is seen talking about her prep session and a whole lot of physical exercise to achieve the full transformation for the film.
1. The film is a sports-drama. It is directed by Akarsh Khurana. Taapsee will be seen playing the role of an athlete in the film while Priyanshu Painyuli will play the role of her husband.

4. Pannu is playing the role of a Gujarati girl named Rashmi in the film. The girl is a fast runner due to which her fellow villagers have nicknamed her ‘Rocket’. Taapsee had shared her look from the film in August.
6. For the movie, Pannu is following the “shredding diet”. The diet comprises a five-meal plan with a balanced proportion of nutrients. She also posted a picture on Instagram, in which she was seen drinking a kind of juice, which she called “exotic sunset drink” against the backdrop of a beach.
7. Before starting the shoot for the film, Taapsee was seen vacationing with her sisters in the Maldives.

9. In her recent post, Pannu shared glimpses of her training in which she can be seen running on the tracks and working out in a gym. It was the last day of her athletic training. She captioned it as, “As I finish the last athletic training today for #RashmiRocket here’s the journey I was waiting to share with you all....Or rather a glimpse of it.
