The wedding season is back in its full form. After the long tragic spell by the pandemic, we definitely could use some celebration of love where people dance their hearts out, sing at the top of their voices, they dress up in full glory and go back home with their stomachs full but still regret not checking out that last snack counter.
A social media influencer, Arushi Kapoor, joining in the fun posted the pictures from her wedding from three years ago with a twist. All the pictures from her big day were turned into memes.
Social Media Influencer Makes Wedding Picture Memes
In one of the pictures, Kapoor was having a laugh with haldi covering her face and arms. The caption for the picture read, ” Tupperware dabba, after one week in a desi home, ” joking about how the yellow spice in all desi meals stains the kitchenware. Similarly, all her pictures were captioned with a joke that could definitely be assumed about the picture. Only nobody ever thinks this way about wedding pictures and that is the joke Kapoor tried to make.
Here are some of her pictures creating a whole new memefest on social media:
Her fans and followers flooded the comment section with laughing emojis. In the post’s caption, Kapoor addressed her husband and wrote, ” Marrying you has been a meme come true.” She also added “10+3 & counting” in the caption which could mean that the couple has been married for three years after dating for 10 years.
One user commented, ” My goal now: make memes out of my wedding pics.” While another wrote, “Your memes can be NFTs.” Many of Kapoor’s friends wished the couple happy anniversary. One user wrote, ” Bwahahahaha if my marriage ain’t this fun, I am not marrying!!!”
