UGC NET 2021 exam schedule and registrations: The Education Ministry on Wednesday announced the exam schedule for the National Eligibility Test (NET) under University Grants Commission (UGC). The National Testing Agency (NTA) will open registrations today and exams will commence on May 2.
The UGC NET 2021 will be conducted on May 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 17, as per Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal's 📢Announcement

UGC NET 2021 Application Process
- NTA will reportedly begin registrations for UGC NET today.
- Application forms will be available for aspiring candidates till March 2.
- Fee deposits will be accepted till March 3.

Key Points To Note About UGC NET Exams
- Pokhriyal has announced that the UGC NET will be in the mode of online Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Exams will be held in two shifts: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Duration of each exam will be three hours.
- Paper 1 will carry 100 marks. Paper 2 will carry 200 marks.
