Meanwhile, the legal team of Andrew Tate and his brother told CNN affiliate Antena 3 in Romania that it "will embrace the opportunity to fight in court and present argument and evidence" to prove the innocence of the Tate brothers.

The team also specified that now the judge will either set a hearing to communicate the indictment to the defenders or set a deadline for communicating the indictment by post. They claimed that their main objective was to establish the truth and ensure a fair and just trial by presenting evidence relevant to the case. They also added that the court's referral would allow them to present a comprehensive body of evidence, meticulously gathered and prepared over time, which would definitely be essential in exonerating the defendants.
