Miheeka Daggubati (Founder of Mudita Triba, Boheim Studio, Art Connect) with Shaili Chopra (Founder of SheThePeople and Gytree) at Digital Women Awards
At the Digital Women Awards and Summit 2025, founder, curator and design entrepreneur Miheeka Daggubati reflected on her path of building creative ecosystems. Through her ventures, BoheimStudio, ArtConnect, and Mudita Tribe, she has created inclusive spaces, cultural communities and platforms that nurture emerging artists.
When asked what it felt like to be at a forum like the Digital Women Awards, Miheeka reflected, "It is inspiring to see so many women come together, each doing something great in their own right."
For her, such platforms offer both newcomers and established leaders a powerful reminder. “It gives motivation and courage to go ahead and achieve something of their own and do more,” she shared.
This belief in collective growth is not theoretical for Miheeka. It lies at the heart of the artistic ecosystems she has been building through her work.
As the founder behind initiatives that bring artists, creators and communities together, she understands how fundamental sisterhood has been to her own evolution.
The Power of Sisterhood in a Creative Journey
Miheeka reflects on this with honesty. “I have been really fortunate to have people who believed in me when I did not believe in myself. They came, they supported me, they attended my events, they gave me courage when I needed it.”
In her journey, encouragement has been both a catalyst and a quiet force that helped her continue, especially in moments of uncertainty. “They were cheering me along the way, which has been amazing.”

Her work in art and design is deeply reflective, and she approaches new technologies with the same sensitivity. The conversation about art and AI is one she treats with nuance.
For Miheeka, the value of art lies in how it allows us to process emotions and make meaning from experience. In that sense, AI is not a rival but a tool. “AI is like a really smart assistant,” she explains.
Not a friend, not a replacement for human connection, but a system that can expand perspective. She stresses the importance of keeping the distinction clear. “When those lines get blurred, it becomes a little bit scary.” Yet when used with intention, AI can enrich an artist’s creative inquiry.
Miheeka sees potential in using AI to explore ideas from different angles, something that traditionally required long conversations with diverse groups of people. “AI gives you that platform to get those insights.”
She believes it can support the process of learning about a subject, studying design styles and stimulating thought. But the final artwork, she asserts, must remain deeply personal. “Come up with something that is very authentic to you.”
Her philosophy aligns perfectly with the 2025 theme, Lead the Leap. When asked what it means to her, Miheeka distilled it into simple but powerful advice.
“Be the first mover. Stop waiting to follow someone’s lead. Take that leap of faith and do what you need to do without worrying about the consequences.”
Action, she believes, is the antidote to doubt. “If you are honest, hardworking and sincere, there is very little that can stop you. You will get there. It is about putting one foot in front of the other and showing up every single day.”
This clarity is shaped by her journey as a founder who began young, built multiple ventures, learned through trial and error, and allowed her curiosity to guide her. Over the years, she has grown into a creator who sees design as a language of care and art as a bridge between people.
At the Summit, her closing moment was simple and human. A warm thank you and a smile. It captured who Miheeka is at her core. A woman who leads not only with creativity, but with kindness, reflection and a deep belief in the power of community.
