After the completion of the wedding, when it was time for the couple to leave the girl's house, Sneha gets inside the car ready to drive Saugat home. When someone says, "Seat upar kar le beta", which roughly translates to "Adjust your seat", Saugat responds saying, "Daddy, she'll easily manage!" Sneha then drives away to her in-law's house, smiling and waving at everyone, thereby breaking an age-old tradition of Indian marriages.

Sharing the video clip with her Instagram followers, she wrote, "This really was fun!". She also quoted Kathrine Hepburn's famous words, "If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun." A chef by profession, Singhi said to The Indian Express, "Saugat (my husband) and I have been together for 8 years. On our first date, I drove him back home even though he had his own chauffeur-driven car. I just thought it would be great if I could do that on our wedding too."

Sneha had already discussed it a month ago with her mother and would-be husband but on the wedding day, she completely forgot about it. However, when her husband reminded her, she got excited to drive the car because that was exactly how she wanted to complete her wedding. The bride also shares that everyone was taken back aback. People were concerned about her fitting inside the car with the 12 kg lehenga. Though the guests were surprised and confused, they were supportive at the same time. Singhi added, "Obviously people kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to do it. I knew I was!"

The reel video has gone viral with over 3.2 million views and received a lot of positive feedback from netizens. Many called it "bride goals" and others hoped that her gesture inspires more and more women.
