The video is said to be shot at the adoption center in Kanker district, Chattisgarh. The video depicts the Project Manager at the adoption center ruthlessly thrashing and beating two little girls. The adoption center is reportedly home to children under the age of 6 years.

The product manager is identified as Seema Dwivedi. She is seen hitting a little girl, pulling her hair, and thrashing on the floor. One could see the girl screaming and crying |, this woman again throws her to the floor and thrashes her mercilessly even with punches as the girl keeps crying. The two employees were seen walking by the scene, but none of them are seen intervening and stopping this harassment.

She then calls another girl closer and begins thrashing her as well after saying something to the child. She then hurls her and kept on beating her repetitively. The video ends with Dwivedi shouting and then walking away from the children.

The police sources said, this was not the first incident against Dwivedi and that they had received many complaints against that manager by the employees in the past but no actions were taken in the past. In total 8 employees who objected to the behaviour of Dwivedi were later booted out of their jobs. Police also added that there was CCTV in the adoption center but Dwivedi used to turn them off at night. They also told that Dwivedi even escaped the complaint lodged against her in Women And Child Development.

After the video surfaced, the collector of the district Dr Priyanka Shukla ordered FIR against the Project Manager Seema Dwivedi.
