American footballer Hassani Dotson Stephenson made his way into the headlines after he went down on one knee to propose his partner right on the game field while the entire audience cheered for the grand moment.

On Sunday, the player officially proposed his partner and shared a video clip of the same that garnered over 7,935 likes. Other players commented on the post which was captioned as, "I liked so I put a ring on it", to congratulate the couple while others poured in love with red hearted emojis on the said post.

Vukovic did not expect the normal game night to turn into such a dramatic night when she casually stepped into the field. She was taken aback when Stephenson went down on one knee with a ring in one hand to propose to her and placed her hands on her face in awe. However, she promptly said yes to the proposal and kissed him while fans applauded the entire moment.

The soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Minnesota United FC in Major League Soccer often took to his official Instagram account to post moments with his partner Petra Vukovic.

Who Is Petra Vukovic?

The acclaimed couple started dating each other back in the year 2016 and will celebrate their fifth anniversary on July 29.

According to reports, they met each other when they both attended Oregon State University from 2015 to 2018, where Stephenson played college soccer.

Vukovic, being born in the year 1998, is a year younger than the American soccer player and is currently 22-year-old.
