In the video, the tattoo artist can be seen writing the name 'Kevin' on her forehead with ink and then filling it with black ink using a tattoo gun. The video quickly garnered reactions from people, and Stanskovsky faced criticism on social media, with many suggesting that she would regret her decision.

One user commented that it was the most foolish thing they had ever seen, while another questioned if the ink used was real, deeming it a highly unwise idea. A third user believed it to be a joke, suggesting it was a well-executed skit, to which a fourth user, claiming to be a tattoo artist, insisted that it was indeed real.

Concerns were raised about the practical implications of such a tattoo, with one user humorously wishing the person good luck in a job interview. Others expressed disbelief and questioned the authenticity of the tattoo, with some users speculating that it might be fake.

Stanskovsky, when interviewed by The Sun, expressed her perspective on the criticism surrounding her decision to get a significant face tattoo. She stated that she didn't see it as a big deal and playfully mentioned the scenario of breaking up, suggesting that she would simply need to find a different partner named Kevin. She added, "I'm joking. We will never break up."

In response to the scepticism about the tattoo's authenticity, Stanskovsky maintained that it was indeed real. She emphasised that it's very fresh, and even she finds it hard to believe that she went through with it. However, she admitted that she hasn't informed her mother yet and expects her to react strongly to the news.
