Meet Vivacious Varenya, Assam's 10-Year-Old English Language Educator

It's not every day that a 10-year-old becomes a familiar face on social media, but Vivacious Varenya has managed to do just that. Known for her articulate English, expressive videos, and a presence far beyond her years, Varenya is turning heads online and doing it all with a smile that never fades. At an age when most children are still exploring words, she is already helping others learn them.

The 10-Year-Old Instagram Star Teaching English with Heart

Her Instagram page, aptly named vivacious varenya, soon became a hub for followers curious about how such a young girl could speak English so fluently. Varenya's love for the language runs deep. She began picking up words, phrases and even accents long before she had mastered her native Assamese. Inspired by English movies, cartoons, and books, she slowly taught herself the rhythm and flow of the language.

Though still a child, she already has a sharp understanding of how the online world works. While she genuinely enjoys the attention and encouragement, there are moments when it gets overwhelming. Like any other kid her age, she has school to attend, friends to play with, and a world beyond the camera. Her elder sister now helps with editing her content, keeping the whole process close to home.

Her viral moment came from a short clip where she tapped a meditation bowl and confidently asked her viewers, "Are you feeling a little anxious today?" It was simple, yet innocent and instantly calming. The clip was widely shared, and soon, Vivacious Varenya was being noticed far beyond Assam.
