Justice a key link to solving women's economic challenges

Women tend to drop off the corporate ladder at most crucial junctures of their career and that's a big concern in the Indian economy, which can otherwise benefit from their contribution. In a conversation with Poorvi Gupta, lawyer Meenakshi Lekhi says what women need is not empowerment but justice. She insists that sometimes laws can go a long way in empowering the comeback careers of women particularly those that are encouraging of more women on corporate boards.
