Simone Biles is famous for flipping and spinning vault moves that require a lot of strength, that are, notoriously difficult to pull off.
The world gymnastics champ posted a video on Monday evening with a clip showing a move that fans called as the Double Pike Yurchenko.
She had no coach or practice hall so Skype sessions, internet and Google Translate helped her master the art.
“Whether it was health issues; coming back; having a child; almost dying from that – she has endured it all and she is still in championship form,” Allaster said. “Her records speak for themselves.”
