Starring Neena Gupta and Sanjay Mishra in lead roles, Vadh depicts the story of a middle-class couple living a simple life and making just enough to survive. Drowned in debt, the couple is harassed by the lender and when they tell about the debt to their son, he refuses to help. In a mysterious turn of events, the husband gets suspected of a heinous crime which turns their lives upside down. The movie releases on December 9.

Life Is Good

This movie stars Saniya Anklesaria and Jackie Shroff in lead roles. The movie is about a lonely accountant Rameshwar who thought he had lost the meaning of life after the death of his mother. He meets 6-year-old Mishti who awakens the hope of living in him. However, as time passes, Mishti grows and Rameshwar realises she too would be leaving him soon to live her life with her fiance but this time, he has to figure out how to accept it. It releases on December 9.

Varalaru Mukkiyam

This Tamil romantic comedy stars Pragya Nagra, Jiva and Kashmira Pardeshi in pivotal roles. The movie follows the comical incidents that take place in the life of Karthik and Adaikalam. While Karthik falls in love with his new neighbour, Adaikalam falls in love with her sister. However, things get complicated when Karthik's neighbour's sister falls in love with him. The movie releases in theatres on December 9.

Based on Shrikanth Murthy's novel 'Tha Last Hurrah', this movie revolves around the life of Sujata and Venky, the inspiring mother-son duo. Though Venky is paralysed, his spirit to fulfil what he desires is still intact and his mother encourages him to live life to the fullest. Starring Vishal Jethwa, Kajol, Rajeev Khandelwal and Aahana Kumra in lead roles, the movie depicts the struggle of a mother to help her son live his life to the fullest.

Pippa

Based on the life of Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta of the Indian Army, this movie is set in the 1971 Indo-Pak war that led to the liberation of East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) from Pakistan. The movie chronicles the tank battles in which Mehta participated on the Eastern front and how the Indian army defeated the Pakistan army. The movie stars Ishaan Khattar, Mrunal Thakur, Soni Razdan and Priyanshu Painyuli and releases on December 9 in theatres.
