The video opens with Kakkar sitting at a show and beginning her piece while being surrounded by her audience. She is in a red gown. Just as she begins, a guy, played by Akshay Oberoi arrives at the event and she waves at him in excitement. But the excitement drops as another woman, played by Sonal Pradhan comes into the frame.

Narazgi is a one-sided conversation that a woman has with her former lover. Pradhan has both composed and penned the lyrics of this song. Narazgi has amassed 12,986,217 views within two days of its release, with over 420,000 likes.

Kakkar's fans declared the song an instant hit, applauding her for her skills. "I am so glad you chose a song that your audience wanted to hear from you. When you sing it from soul, it connects," a listener commented under the YouTube video of her song. "One of the most beautiful and amazing tracks I've heard. It really got my thinking and working. Beautiful, great great job," wrote another.

Although, not all viewers are heaping praises on the siger. Some are viciously trolling Kakkar for her forced English lines and the autotune. The opening lyrics, "I feel so lonely, lonely without you baby!" has not left most netizens impressed.

One user commented, "Such a forceful fake English accent," whereas another simply asked, "What’s up with the accent?"

Meanwhile, others called her wannabe Dua Lipa who ended up sounding like Tony Kakkar. Another netizen wrote, "Sound too irritating autotune too high."
