Debina And Gurmeet Reveal Name Of Their Second Baby Daughter

TV serial actors and power couple Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary revealed the name of their second baby daughter recently. The couple welcomed their second child last year in November, and on Tuesday afternoon shared an adorable picture of them from Goa, holding their child up in the air, where they revealed their daughter’s name.

Last year on November 11, the couple posted a picture on their Instagram accounts in which Debina can be seen floating in the air with pink balloons in her hands signifying that it's a girl, while Gurmeet could be seen standing behind her kissing her forehead, they posted it to announce the birth of their second child with the caption “Welcome our baby girl into the world. As ecstatic as we are becoming parents again, we appreciate some privacy at this time as our baby has come into the world sooner than due. Keep blessing and showering your continued love."

Debina and Gurmeet baby daughter name revealed

Both Debina and Gurmeet posted the picture on their respective Instagram accounts at the same time and with the same caption "Our Magical baby is named "Divisha" which means Chief of all Goddess/Goddess Durga." The post quickly went viral, to which their fans dropped lovely comments and lots of appreciation for choosing this name, one such fan wrote, "Lianna is a modern name and divisha is a traditional name,very beautiful" while another fan wrote," may Goddess Durga shower all her blessings upon her".

The couple is said to have started dating in 2008 during the shootings of the television daily soap v, in which Gurmeet played the character of Lord Ram meanwhile Debina was cast as Goddess Sita. Later on, after a few years of dating, they tied the knot in a private ceremony on 15 February 2011. They welcomed their first child a baby girl named "Lianna" in April 2022. They announced that they were expecting their second child in August, 2022 with an Instagram post which quickly got flooded with comments from the family, friends and fans congratulating the couple.

Debina started her acting career with a Tamil TV serial known as Mayavi in 2005, and also appeared as Mayuri in the Chidiya Ghar and In Colours TV show Vish: A Poisonous Story, she also appeared in the Season 5 of Khatron Ke Khiladi. Whereas Gurmeet played the role of Maan Singh Khurana in Geet-hui sabse parayi, and in 2012 he participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and became the winner of the show. Gurmeet was also the first runner-up in Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5. The power couple was also seen together as they participated in Nach Baliye Season 6 and became the first runner-up.
