World Diabetes Day is the primary global awareness campaign focusing on diabetes and issues related to it. Diabetes is non-communicable, but once detected it stays forever, especially in the case of Type-1 diabetes. In Type-1, the body is unable to produce insulin naturally. Hence, regular insulin injections are needed to regulate it. Type-2 still can be preventable by managing a proper lifestyle. However, in both cases, diabetes can be life-taking too if it is not treated.
