Meet The Cast Of New Love Drama Series 'Aadha Ishq'

Aadha Ishq is a new love drama series that debuted on the OTT platform today. Aadha Ishq immerses viewers in the lives of Roma and Sahir, two people who fall in love in the Kashmir valley in 2012. Life, on the other hand, has other plans for individuals. After 10 years in 2022, the story is set in Mussorie where Rene, Roma's daughter, gets attracted to Saahir.

Aamna Sharif, Gaurav Arora, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Pratibha Ranta, and others star in the series, which follows a complicated love story. The first episode of the nine-episode series was released today, and while early reviews are varied, the cast has surprised the audience.

Kunaal Roy Kapur who was last seen in Radhe Shyam was quoted as saying, "Despite sharing a troubled past with his ex-wife, Roma, my character leaves no stone unturned to ensure that their daughter, Rene, does not have to bear the brunt of their strained marriage. He does everything in his capacity to be a great father to Rene while he struggles to get his life together after separating from Roma."

He added, "Aadha Ishq is a fresh take on romantic sagas in India. One must be very tactful when they present such a complex story to the Indian audiences without offending them. I feel that Nandita Mehra has done an exceptional job at treating this story with sheer sensitivity. I would also like to commend Voot Select for providing such unique stories with a platform."

Sahir, played by Gaurav Arora, is an artist who is now a professor who visits a college to spend a week with students during the Art Festival. Rene, a student, is impressed by the new professor, who has a severe and complicated background. Meanwhile, Kunaal Roy Kapur portrays Milind, who has a girlfriend named Sam but refuses to divorce his wife Roma due to his personal grudge against her.

In the series, she portrays Roma, a woman who usually stays in her thoughts. Roma and Sahir used to be in love in Kashmir and had a complicated relationship when they were together. Rene, the daughter of Roma and Milind, is played by Pratibha Ranta in the show. Rene is a fiery and baffled youngster, as well as a person who has no boundaries.
