"The concept is really to bring people who care about fitness together to explore more and push boundaries - fitness enthusiasts will come together to try different forms or work outs, understand nutrition better and shop for healthy eats, yoga clothing, live healthy cooking. Expect to meet Ocean Active Water, Iosis, Fittox and other brands. We are also looking at workshops, expert talks," says Ruchi.

Women are now taking up fitness as a core objective and are experimenting with different regimes. "We will be reaching out to over 100,000 women and their families through multiple channels including but not limited to social media, print media and radio. This is a great opportunity for company employees to join us, and look at enrolling for special sessions like self defence, apart from a variety of health and fitness activities."

"Fitness today is not about going to the gym anymore it has a more holistic and a wholesome approach," says Neha Madan. "Fitness is about knowing your body, keep it well nourished and experiencing the different sides of it. Fitness today is fun and you're not cool if you are not fit. For many night parties have been replaced with morning fitness parties and a vodka tonic with a cold pressed amla juice," adds Ruchi.
