The woman reportedly detonated explosives near a van outside Pakistan's Karachi University on Tuesday which killed four people including three Chinese nationals. Baloch is reportedly linked to Balochistan Liberation Army. Right before the attack, she tweeted, "farewell" in Urdu. The Twitter account of the woman is still active.

The responsibility for the blast was claimed by a Pakistani separatist group. The whole incident was caught on a camera installed near the gates of the University. The footage shows the woman standing near the gates when a white van approaches her. As soon as the van came close to the woman, the explosives detonated. The footage then showed thick smoke. It has been reported that the woman belonged to BLA-Majeed Brigade.

The newly-elected Prime Minister of Pakistan expressed his regrets on the death of four people due to the blast. He wrote on Twitter, "I am deeply grieved on the loss of precious lives including of our Chinese friends in the heinous attack in Karachi today. My heartfelt condolences go to the bereaved families. I strongly condemn this cowardly act of terrorism. The perpetrators will surely be brought to justice."
